How do I get started with GetTrim™?
Click on ‘Start My Free Visit,’ and answer a few quick medical questions. Our US-based doctors will review your information and prescribe the necessary medication. You’ll hear back from one of our doctors within 24 hours. In some states, a video consultation or live chat might be required, and if that’s the case, one of our doctors will reach out to complete your consultation.
What is the cost of GetTrim™?
GetTrim™ offers various options, including both Semaglutide and Tirzepatide. The exact cost of GetTrim™ depends on which therapy you choose and the dosage of such. Your consultation is included at no cost with your order as well. Once you toggle through the questionnaire, you’ll see the various price points and options available to you.

What if I want to use my local pharmacy?
You have the option to use your local pharmacy, and our doctors can send your prescription there. However, the most affordable and convenient choice is through GetTrim™’s network of affiliated pharmacies. Please note that we cannot guarantee the pricing at your local pharmacy.

Is there an age limit to order from GetTrim™?
We provide treatment for patients 18 years and older. If you’re under 18, please seek care from a local primary care physician.
What happens if there is an emergency?
If there is ever an emergency, please call 911.
Do I have to submit a picture of myself and my ID?
State regulations require us to verify the identity of our patients. As a result, we may ask you to provide a photo of yourself along with a photo ID.

In what states can I order from GetTrim™?
GetTrim™ provides services only within the United States, but there may be state-specific restrictions based on the therapy and medication prescribed. These details will be confirmed during the intake process. For patients in California, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Vermont, the following physicians will be assigned to you:

Will I need to be there when my order arrives?
Your medication will be shipped via Rush No-Contact delivery, and no signature is required. You will not need to be there, nor provide a signature upon arrival.
What if I want to update my credit card information?
You can change your payment method anytime by logging into your GetTrim™ account and following the prompts. If you run into an issue at any time, please reach out!
There’s a problem with my order. How do I fix it?
Click on the “Contact Us” section of our site and create a ticket. Our team will review it and get back to you to resolve your inquiry.
How long does it usually take for my order to arrive?
After completing your online visit, you’ll receive a response from one of our US-based doctors within 24 hours (note that some states may require a live chat or video consultation). Once your order is processed, it will be sent to the dispensing pharmacy and shipped. In most cases, you should see your medication within one week.
How do I update the shipping address I have on file?
Log in to your GetTrim™ account to update your shipping address at any time. After your medication is shipped and delivered, you can update your address for future shipments.
Returns
Can I re-order or cancel an order that I placed?
Absolutely! Log in to your GetTrim™ account to reorder or cancel anytime. Before your medication is refilled and billed to your credit card, you will be contacted. Once processed, your medication will be shipped.
What is the refund policy?
Federal and state laws do not permit medication returns, so all sales are final once the medication has arrived to you. If you have any concerns, please create a ticket in the “Contact Us” section, and we’ll get back to you.
